Fall in Perfect Time to Play the Arthur Hills Golf Trail

Fall in Perfect Time to Play the Arthur Hills Golf Trail

By Fred Altvater

September means Labor Day and the beginning of the end of warm weather in Northwestern Ohio and Southeastern Michigan. It also means trees turning bright colors, crisp mornings and sunny pleasant afternoons for a round, or two of golf.

We, who live in the northern climes, know that colder weather and snow will soon be limiting any outdoor activities, so we appreciate Autumn as a time to enjoy a late season round of golf. Pull on a light sweater or jacket, grab your sticks and head out to your favorite golf course for a round.

Should you be looking for a late season golf getaway, the Arthur Hills Golf Trail is the perfect solution for any foursome or bigger group. After Labor Day the courses are not busy, so tee times are easier to set. Less traffic at the courses means rounds are faster and 36 holes are easier to accomplish.
We realize football is the King in the Fall, but everyone still needs a little golf in their life.

Maybe you are coming to Ann Arbor, Toledo or Bowling Green for a college football game and want to squeeze in golf before, or after rooting for the Wolverines, Rockets or Falcons.

The Arthur Hills Golf Trail has the perfect solution.

Stonebridge and Leslie Park sit close to 'The Big House' in Ann Arbor. Maumee Bay and Legacy work well for University of Toledo fans and Stone Ridge is the home of the BGSU Falcons Golf Teams, plus it is one of Arthur's very best designs.

Affordable accommodations, excellent dining, spa packages, plus Toledo has a renowned Zoo and other activities for Golfers to enjoy. Come to a football game and spend the entire weekend.

The Arthur Hills Golf Trail has five courses with 90 holes to please a golfer of any ability. For more information visit: http://arthurhillsgolftrail.com/ and make your travel plans today.
